Northwestern Queens: Queensview
Queensview is a middle class cooperative development located on the border of Astoria and Long Island City. Opened in 1950, the not for profit co-op consists of 14 buildings with 726 total apartments. The complex stands on 9 acres, and with only 4 apartments per floor, affords all tenants a corner apartment.
