Northeastern Queens: Little Neck

Little Neck is a suburban upper middle class neighborhood bordering Nassau County. Little Neck is home to the busiest active railway grade crossings in New York City.

Pictured is the Samuel Field Young Men & Young Women Hebrew Association located on Little Neck Parkway. The Samuel Field Y is a not-for-profit multi-service multi-site community based organization that has run out of the Queens area for over 55 years.

Legendary New York Yankees pitcher Whitey Ford is from Little Neck.
